Farewell László Csizmadia
 | During the Directors Meeting dinner in Amsterdam the opportunity was taken to say goodbye to László. For 5 years László was the Managing Director of Air Trade Centre Hungary. Given the difficult history of Air Trade Centre Hungary and also the start of the global financial crisis in 2008 these 5 years were not the easiest in László’s career, however as we were all informed by him he enjoyed his time with Air Trade Centre very much. A stable basis was set under László’s management for Tibor to take it to a higher level. We hope László will enjoy a long and happy retirement and we wish him and his family all the best! |

Air Trade Centre donates to medical-social care centre in Sofia
Air Trade Centre International initiated a noble cause again. This time, our company has donated medical equipment to ‘St. Paraskeva’ Medical-Social Care Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. It is a children’s home for kids without parental care, giving shelter and medical care to 39 boys and girls at the age of 0-3.
The equipment includes therapeutic chair, a baby-walker and special medical splints for kids suffering from cerebral palsy. With the help of these life-essential facilities the children will have better chances to live and grow. |

 | Air Trade Centre Turkey has attended to ISK – SODEX 2010 Exhibition, one of the biggest HVAC Exhibition in world, between dates 05 – 08 May 2010 with a stand area of 120 m².
The exhibition was a great success and was giving a very significant data of the growth and strength of Air Trade Centre, in the sector. We had the opportunity of meeting with our current customers along with the new companies who we suppose will start to collaborate soon for the future projects.

 | On February 1st, 2010 Lukasz Malicki started as the new Managing Director of ATC Poland Sp z o.o., Janki (Raszyn), Poland. He will follow up Adam Zumbrzycki in that position.
Malicki has been employed in order to further professionalize the company and rationalize its product portfolio. ATC Poland would like to increase its market share in its home country. ATC Poland provides the Polish market with components and devices in the field of ventilation and air conditioning (usually indicated by the English abbreviation ‘HVAC’). |

 | On February 1st, 2010 Tjerk Metz (*1955) has started as the new Managing Director of Air Trade Centre Nederland BV, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, The Netherlands. He will follow up Hans Neeus in that position.

As last year, Air Trade Centre has given a donation to Rainbow 4 Kids, to provide funds to teachers and pupils of three schools in Ukunda, a small village 30 km to the south of Mombassa, Kenya. Chilled Beams, Air Handling Units and JetFans by Fläkt-Woods
 | Chilled Beams, Air Handling Units and JetFans from the world known company Fläkt-Woods will be represented by Air Trade Centre Romania. ATC Romania will therefore organize a seminar on November 5th for around 30 installers, engineers and designers.
Later on, a similar seminar will be organised for the Jetfans of Fläkt-Woods for car parks and tunnels. Their well known quality, software systems and professionalism can be re-discovered during these days. |

Air Trade Centre too "Helps to end polio worldwide"
 | Rotary International and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are teaming up to raise US$ 200 million in a worldwide campaign against polio.
Air Trade Centre International BV (the holding of the group) has decided to support the campaign by contributing financially to a Dutch Rotary Club in organizing the “Groot Schiedams Dictee 2009”, a linguistic competition that will take place on the 4th of November. The totality of the raised funds will be donated to Rotary International for the Help end polio worldwide campaign. |

Lukasz Malicki will join Air Trade Centre Poland per 1st September as Commercial Director reporting to Mr. Adam Zumbrzycki (Managing Director Air Trade Centre Poland). Mr. Malicki will take responsibility for developing the sales throughout Poland for our group and management of the sales team of Air Trade Centre Poland. He has a wealth of experience in building networks and has been very successful in doing this specifically in our branch. Mr. Malicki joins us coming from Dospel Professional where he held several sales positions in the last years, most recently the position of Sales Export Director. |

Businessplan "Full Blossom"
 | March 2009 - Determining the course with the wind behind us has proven to be easy in the last years. With an average growth of more than 23% per year over a period of 5 years, we can conclude afterwards that we determined the right course with each other. The changing situations and sometimes dismal weather forecasts, make it significantly more challenging to make a reliable and realistic plan again. We think we have been successful, whereby noted that expectations are that our turnover growth forecast in several countries has to be adjusted. The changing market circumstances have motivated us to bring forward some of our postponed plans, like to work intensively on new regions for our group, e.g. North Africa and China. Later this year we will report more on this.

Air Trade Centre donates amount to Hungarian children’s home
 | Air Trade Centre International has decided not to spend any more money on Christmas cards but to try and help some organizations instead which are in need and where our help could really make a difference.
This year we have made a donation to the István Children’s Centre in Fót, about 20 km from Budapest, Hungary. It is a children’s home providing child protection, home and follow-up care. This institute has a half-century long history and plays an exceptional role in the child protection efforts in Hungary (see their website www.kigyk.eu). |

Beginning of the new building’s construction is a fact.
 | We are very pleased to announce you that the first steps have officially been taken for the construction works of Air Trade Centre Zaventem’s new building.
On the 18th of February 2008, the ground works were started. After the excavations and the earthmoving were completed, the talus was finished and the soil consolidation was started. Afterwards, the hard core package was added, as seen on the pictures enclosed. |

This year our Christmas cards' value went to the the Romanian house for children with dissabilities "Sfantul Nicolae" from Draganesti Vlasca. The children over there needed badly our
help especially for the winter heating and thus our help meant new radiators, new gym and exercise facility - in a few words a small help for a better life. |

04-2007 We proudly announce that during the annual Directors meeting, this year in Sofia Bulgaria, on Friday April 20th, 2007 the Businessplan 2007-2011 with the title The Growth was finalized.
This plan is meant to offer transparency to Shareholders, the Advisory Board, the Management and the Country Managers of the Air Trade Centre Group as well as external parties, such as banks and accountants, with regard to the short term company goals.
Prior to this plan the businessplan 2005-2008 was issued. It had the title Trimming and Blooming. We believe that the most important "trimming" has been done and we will focus on The Growth from now onwards.

In 2004 Air Trade Centre International sold its production plant for flexible ducts to the American ATCO group of companies. ATCO is world market-leader in flexible duct products. We made the agreement that ATCO will produce the complete European need exclusively for Air Trade Centre, using the machinery of Air Trade Centre and according to the specifications of Air Trade Centre. |

Project Eijerkamp Zutphen: 'Strong demand for quality'
10-2005 In the middle of 2005 Installation Company WKZ in Apeldoorn realised the air handling installations for a large shopping centre in Zutphen, in the eastern part of the Netherlands.
Within only 10 weeks time the complete installations had to be done. An excellent preparation followed by efficient implementation was required. Our customer demanded quality and speed. Seen the fact that Eijerkamp (thousands of square meters with all kinds of pieces of furniture) chooses to use high quality finishings, the installation cannot be a disturbing factor, but it should do it's work as smoothly as possible states Jan Kers, executant for installation company WKZ. |

Business plan and new market communication approach
06-2005 On 2nd June our new website went live. Prior to this event, in February 2005, the Air Trade Centre Businessplan was communicated to all employees and shortly after that to a number of our external business relations.
One of the subjects in this new plan that relates to the coming years 2005 thru to 2008 is our market communication approach.
As part of this new approach we made a site in which the Crane has a prominent position. The binder shown adjacent to this text is one of the many examples of the new spirit of Air Trade Centre. |
