CPAN-U1

  • CPAN-U ELFOFresh2 is an air renewal and purification unit, full fresh air with return/exhaust and thermodynamic heat recovery, reversible heat pump. It provides consistently clean air, at the right temperature and the right level of humidity, for total wellbeing in the home. At the same time it recovers the energy contained in the exhaust air flow, multiplying it thanks to the heat pump technology and supplying it to the serviced rooms. In this way it reduces the fresh air load and supplies additional capacity, helping to maintain comforable conditions
  • ELFOFresh2 uses an active thermodynamic heat recovery unit, in which the inlet and outlet air flows are separated completely by a steel wall. The heat transfer takes place through the cooling circuit, without the risk of contamination between the two air flows. In traditional enthalpic rotary recovery air units, on the other hand, vapour is exchanged between the indoor discharge air flow and the outdoor fresh air flow, leading to substantial possibilities of contamination
  • ELFOFresh2 rejects the stale air and introduces purified and climate controlled outdoor air. The harmful elements and smells present in the outdoor air or those produced inside the home are eliminated by the efficient filtration system. The electrostatic filter is easy to extract and can be fully restored through washing

All the data provided meets standard EN 14511:2008 and refers to an available head of 50 Pa. When in cooling mode it is possible that the unit is operating at a reduced flow to ensure a specific humidity for the air introduced into the environment in keeping with the setpoint

Working principles

Notes

A. Air filter

It purifies the fresh air before introducing it into the rooms

B. Internal exchanger

It transfers energy (heat / cool) to the fresh air. Finned direct expansion exchanger with copper tubes and aluminium fins

C. Supply fan

It blows treated air in the rooms. Centrifugal fan powered in direct current directly coupled to the electric motor

D. Compressor

It allows to “move” the heat from the exhaust to the fresh air. Ermetic rotary compressor

E. External exchanger

It recovers energy (heat / cool) from the exhaust air. Finned direct expansion exchanger with copper tubes and aluminium fins

F. Exhaust air fan

It rejects the unhealthy air outdoors. Centrifugal fan powered in direct directly coupled to the electric motor

G. Electrical remote panel

It is possible to remove the electrical panel and make it remote to facilitate the installation

MAIN OPTIONS

1. High-efficiency filtration

The electronic filter (efficiency equivalent to H10) increases the purity of inlet air, reducing the costs of energy used for ventilation

2. Resistance from 1,5 to 3 kW

It allows to maintain a supply temperature next to the comfort temperature without intervening on the air flow decreasing
