ATC and Maico Group Join Forces in the HVAC Industry
With more than 25 years of experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), Air Trade Center (ATC) has successfully expanded from Turkey to the world since its establishment. This achievement has turned into a great partnership with the participation of Maico Group, one of the major players in the HVAC industry, founded in Germany in 1928 The majority shares of ATC were acquired by the German company Maico Group with the deal signed on 04 April 2023 This merger resulted in the appointment of Dağhan İnal as the General Manager of Air Trade Centre, while Sadin Tellioğlu and Artur Altunkeser continue to hold the same amount of shares.
Gerhard Warnke, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Maico Group, said: “We have been delivering the innovative technologies we have produced and developed in the field of ventilation for more than 90 years to the world in line with the changing requirements of the market and international dynamics. We will increase our production capacity in Turkey with high technology and energy efficient solutions by accurately analyzing the priorities of our existing and potential customers through the investments we will make thanks to our strategic partnership with ATC. The increased production capacity will contribute to employment and we aim to increase export volume.”
